5 Quick Steps
1. PHONE CONSULTATION
Whether it’s for refinishing, restoration, or a completely new installation, the first step in the process is for us to talk on the phone about the project. We can then schedule an in-house consultation at your earliest convenience.
2. IN-HOUSE CONSULTATION
Once it’s time for the in-house consultation, we can get to know the scope of the project much better and see how to best proceed forward. Once there’s an agreement, we can give you an estimate.
3. SCHEDULE YOUR PROJECT
After the estimate is accepted, we can draft up the contract and get your signature. After that, we’ll schedule the starting date for your project.
4. WE GET TO WORK
We bring everything to the table. Our skills, state-of-the-art machines, and our pride in every worksite we visit. Our experts will begin to completely transform your flooring while keeping you informed every step of the way.
5. ENJOY YOUR NEW FLOORS
After everything is done on our end, we do a walkthrough of the entire worksite to make sure every inch of your floor is in pristine shape. We don’t cut corners and want to make sure you’re as happy and satisfied as can be by the time we leave your home.
